We have been engaged in a national search for an Artificial Intelligence Product Manager who will shape this well-known organization’s AI strategy and drive development and deployment of AI-powered solutions.
(This role can be performed onsite, hybrid or remote. A remote work environment is available to individuals who live in the following states: Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, or Virginia).
In this role, the Artificial Intelligence Product Manager will:
- Define and communicate the long-term vision for AI and Generative AI products within the healthcare payer domain.
- Oversee new AI and Generative AI initiatives through design, launch, implementation, and ongoing management that enhance operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and optimize healthcare processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, clinicians, and business stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity to leverage AI to improve outcomes.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders as a thought partner in the Artificial Intelligence space.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to acquire, preprocess, and curate relevant healthcare data. Oversee the development and training of machine learning models, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and interpretability.
- Coordinate product launches, including user testing, documentation, and training. Drive adoption of AI solutions among internal teams and external users.
- Develop sound business proposals to various levels of the organization that include costs of the solution, target markets, expected return on investment.
The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the following:
- A combination of one or more of the following: product management, product ownership, strategy development or technical product development/management of Artificial Intelligence, generative Artificial Intelligence, machine learning and or natural language processing initiatives.
- Strong functional and technical understanding of Generative AI.
- Development of Generative AI use cases.
- Deployment of Gen AI solutions that solve business issues and create efficiencies.
- Understanding of prompt engineering.
- Microsoft Azure OpenAI or related OpenAI product management. (Highly Desired)
- Microsoft Office Suite to include CoPilot and ChatGPT integrations. (Highly Desired)
- Driving AI product initiatives at the enterprise / corporate level.
- Artificial intelligence model deployment. (preferred)
- Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills.
- Healthcare, Health or Health Payor Insurance background. (Highly Desired).
