Formerly known as Project TURN, we were founded in 1973 by a group of parents who wanted better services for their adult children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Now known as TURN Community Services, we provide resources to more than 850 individuals with developmental disabilities. With locations from Brigham City to St. George, we offer a full range of services including day programs, residential living, art Center Programs, summer camp, and supported employment opportunities.

DAY TO DAY AS AN ART AND LEARNING CENTER PROGRAM COORDINATOR
As the Art and Learning Center Program Coordinator, you oversee the development and implementation of personalized behavior support plans and create fun and engaging curricula to help our participants with disabilities learn new skills. With your eye for detail and passion for helping others, you ensure our social services program is always running smoothly. As our nonprofit's community champion, you're the go-to person for all stakeholders, and you love building and maintaining positive relationships with everyone you meet. This center specializes in teaching all forms of art; drawing, singing, dancing, painting, playing of various instruments and more, as well as spending a lot of time experiencing adventures out and about.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ART AND LEARNING CENTER PROGRAM COORDINATOR
- 1+ years of work experience with individuals with disabilities (experience with challenging behaviors will be given preference)
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in a work setting, consisting of interviewing and hiring staff, monitoring and evaluating performance, staff training and development, staff discipline, and scheduling
- Experience with various forms of art
- 18+ years old
- Personal, reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and clean driving record
- Willingness to drive large program buses and vans, and to train new employees to drive large vehicles
- Proficiency in Therap
