Description
The Area Sales Manager builds and develops a world-class sales team that aggressively promotes and sells the Gunton and Pella brand in the retail replacement segment, creates exceptional customer satisfaction, and consistently delivers margin, bookings, and market share growth consistent with overall Company strategy.
Responsible for managing the Retail In-home Sales Representatives, Retail Sales Associates, and Inside Sales Representatives. Assists the installation team with achieving our goal of being 100% referable.
You will report out of Pottstown, but the territory you will be covering is Bucks County, majority of Montgomery county, NE Philadelphia and Mercer County NJ.

We Require:
A Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
The ability to complete and pass a pre-employment drug, physical and background screening

- Construction background, window and door replacement experience is a plus
- Sales management experience
- Ability to analyze data and understand root causes of results
- In-Home selling experience
