Our client is seeking a Senior IT Technical Support to join their team in Philadelphia, PA (Post Covid).

This role is responsible for system management including configuration, security, resource monitoring and reporting, and the development of specialized programs.
System administration includes coordinating software issues with various resources, working with other operating systems where necessary and working with connectivity of other computer systems.
Primary responsibilities of this position are to install, configure, maintain, and optimize the corporate computing infrastructure. Install, configure, monitor, and maintain hardware, software, OS, and storage components including software on applicable systems. Support includes monitoring of systems in the production environment, identifying and resolving issues, and reporting on activity.
IT Technical Analyst will lead testing and implementation efforts related to global security improvement projects, in coordination with business teams, application owners, project managers, developers and other technical Analysts.
Additionally, IT Technical Analyst will be responsible for addressing L3 tickets and creating knowledge articles for L1, L2 support. The Analyst will also be responsible for enterprise-wide distribution of mobile applications. As well as establishment and upkeep of technical documentation to support the MDM environment and the associated MDM policies and procedure, security, and OS upgrades.
He/She will support and contribute to the mobile technology strategy to provide a secure mobile experience and protect critical assets from threats in the mobile ecosystem by applying expertise in strategic analysis, business architecture, and technology architecture.
This includes gathering requirements, engineering, and implementing a scalable solution. This also includes planning and coordination, implementation support, ongoing management, security, updates, moves, adds, changes, disconnects, retirement, re-deployment, and recovery.
