We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join us to work closely with the Head of Product, product manager, engineers and testers as well as internal and external partners to develop user stories and define technical requirements that will bring features and new capabilities to life. Experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics or data & analytics industry an advantage.
The ideal candidate will be able to work a hybrid model in our Conshohocken PA or Herndon, VA office however we are open to fully remote candidates that are located on the east coast.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis and documentation of as-is and to-be states for business and technical processes, working in an iterative, agile context
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with key stakeholders and functional teams and analyse and scope the requirements
- Define feature specifications and document solutions using provided tools
- Work with designers and developers and participate in technical design activities
- Assist in the development, testing and deployment of new processes and capabilities
- Suggest and implement leading practices and process improvements
- Enhance business and technical systems by providing accurate information about business needs and priorities
- Work with key stakeholders to identify how changing business requirements may be delivered with existing solution
- Translating requirements into high quality user stories with supporting assets including wireframes, sequence diagrams, design artifacts and data mapping.
- Define and influence the scope and solution to optimise the speed of delivery and value creation for the program
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in a multi product and/or large complex organization, with remote teams
- Experience with eDiscovery, digital forensics or big data is highly desirable
- Experience working on multiple business projects/initiatives end to end
- Highly collaborative team player who thrives in a team environment with an openwork style, comfortable with stepping in and running Discovery workshops
- Self sufficient and proactive in solving issues as they arise to help more forward
- Solid experience in working within an agile environment where requirements are constantly evolving and changing. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping drive an outcome
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and organisational ability
- Highly driven and self-sufficient with the ability to get things done on time and to the required standards
- The ability to learn fast to understand our products and customers
