Appointment Setter/Sales

Here at Rental Property Pro, we are all about helping people reach financial freedom by teaching them how to invest in rental real estate.

Are you a motivated sales person with experience on the phones?

Because, we’re expanding our sales team here at Rental Property Pro!

We are spending multiple 5-figures in marketing each month and have hundreds of new leads entering our CRM weekly through low ticket offer purchases and marketing opt-ins.

As an Appointment Setter, you’d be responsible for prospecting and nurturing inbound & outbound leads with a short 10-15 minute discovery call and then setting the qualified leads into our sales advisors calendars to get started in our flagship coaching program.

As an Appointment Setter, you will have the opportunity to make lower ticket sales and earn bonuses weekly. This is a full-time, remote role.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and pursue prospective leads
• Generate and qualify prospects
• Hold triage calls with prospective clients
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads
• Learn and maintain knowledge of products and services offered by Rental Property Pro
• Promote the company’s products/services to prospective customers
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

What We Need:

• Full-time commitment; amenable to working Monday - Saturday
• Previous experience as an appointment setter required
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Social Media platforms/Social Selling
• A self-starter who needs little management
• Attention to detail
• Experience with copywriting and proofreading is a plus
• Must be coachable and ready to start within two weeks if you pass the interview process

Compensation:

• 1099 Position
• $2,000 / Month Base
• Strong monthly bonuses + promotions (Work towards being a closer)
• Earning potential is $60-$100k / year with opportunity for advancement into a high 6-figure per year sales role if you hit your KPI’s
