Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and positive attitude
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong phone skills and the ability to connect with clients
- Ability to work independently and a strong team player
- Experience with CRM software
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities:
- You will be working with interested prospective customers to book appointments for our Sales Representative Team
- As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering customer questions, and scheduling appointments for our sales team
- Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions and addressing concerns
- Meet and exceed monthly appointment-setting goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- You will be giving potential customers a high level overview of our products and services over the phone and qualifying them for an in-person appointment.
- You will assist in designing solar systems, gathering customer documentation in preparation of their in-person appointment.
- Work schedule will be:
- 8am to 5pm M-TH
- 8am to 12pm F
