Appointment Setter - Base Salary + Commission **No Door Knocking Required!**

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and positive attitude
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong phone skills and the ability to connect with clients
• Ability to work independently and a strong team player
• Experience with CRM software
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities:

• You will be working with interested prospective customers to book appointments for our Sales Representative Team
• As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering customer questions, and scheduling appointments for our sales team
• Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions and addressing concerns
• Meet and exceed monthly appointment-setting goals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
• You will be giving potential customers a high level overview of our products and services over the phone and qualifying them for an in-person appointment.
• You will assist in designing solar systems, gathering customer documentation in preparation of their in-person appointment.
• Work schedule will be:
• 8am to 5pm M-TH
• 8am to 12pm F
