This position is responsible for providing quality customer service to customers daily via telephone, email, or text.
Qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience as scheduler, call center or customer service jobs
- Multi-tasking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Bilingual preferred
- English 100%
- Spanish 100%
- Driver's License (Required)
- US Work authorization (Required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling
- Ability to clearly communicate with our customers via phone, text and email
- Computer skills. Proficiency with Google, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook software applications.
- Must be pro-active, self-motivated, and have a demonstrated ability to follow assignments through to completion
- Communication skills to be able to communicate with internal team members or clients and understand their needs
- Must have knowledge of DOG BREEDS AND PET CARE
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, text and emails
- Create new customer accounts
- Schedule customer appointments for every day
- Mapping routes
- Provides quotes to customers
- Credit Card payment processing

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 4 years (Preferred)
