Appointment Scheduler

This position is responsible for providing quality customer service to customers daily via telephone, email, or text.

Qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience as scheduler, call center or customer service jobs
• Multi-tasking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Bilingual preferred
• English 100%
• Spanish 100%
• Driver's License (Required)
• US Work authorization (Required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling
• Ability to clearly communicate with our customers via phone, text and email
• Computer skills. Proficiency with Google, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook software applications.
• Must be pro-active, self-motivated, and have a demonstrated ability to follow assignments through to completion
• Communication skills to be able to communicate with internal team members or clients and understand their needs
• Must have knowledge of DOG BREEDS AND PET CARE

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls, text and emails
• Create new customer accounts
• Schedule customer appointments for every day
• Mapping routes
• Provides quotes to customers
• Credit Card payment processing

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 4 years (Preferred)
