Appointment Scheduler (PT)

Hey you! Are you interested in joining a growing dental office focused on patient care and patient experience? Do you enjoy communicating with patients and helping them get the dental treatment they need? We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable, confident candidate to join our team. As our Appointment Scheduler, you would be responsible for:

-Greeting patients properly and politely when answering the phone and making phone calls

-Coordinating the scheduling for all patient procedures and services.

-Scheduling patient treatment appointments; reschedule patients that miss their appointment and call patients that have not completed treatment.

-Managing the Doctor and/or hygiene schedules to achieve utilization goals through efficient use of appointment time.

-Assisting patients with financial arrangements.

-Confirm patient information and update as needed in computer system

-Adhering to confidentiality, state, federal, and HIPAA laws and guidelines with regards to patient’s records.

- Other duties may be assigned
