Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator/ Receptionist to join our team. As an Appointment Coordinator/ Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and coordination of appointments in an IT office setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and communication skills.
Duties:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments as needed
- Answer phone calls
- Open tickets on Autotask
- Follow up with technicians throughout the day to get updates on open tickets
- Follow up with clients to remind them of upcoming appointments
Qualifications:
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
