Appointment Desk (Katy, Texas)

We seek an individual with pleasant communication skills to assist with incoming phone calls.

The Call Center representative will set the tone for the patient experience by directing incoming calls to the proper party or assist them in scheduling appointments for office visits with our 6+ physicians. Qualified candidates will have medical office experience including in-depth knowledge of insurance plans, strong data entry skills and the ability to work in a "not so quiet" working environment. In addition, they should truly enjoy assisting people and be committed to making sure the patient needs are met.

This is a Full-time position.
Office Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8am – 5pm
Tuesday: 7:30am – 4pm
Friday: 7am – 1pm
