We are seeking an Appointment Coordinator to join our team. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with clients
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate services
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
- Enter and update customer information in the database accurately
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual)
