We are looking to hire individuals to work with clients in Hillsborough, Plainfield, Rahway, Elizabeth, and Piscataway , New Jersey in the afternoon/ evening during weekdays and possibly weekends.

Pay starts at $28- $30 depending upon experience.

The responsibility of the Behavior Technician is to implement treatment plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), to children diagnosed with ASD in their homes. This requires compassion, experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, a firm grasp of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and professionalism.

A Behavior Technician is required to have, at minimum, a high school diploma (or equivalent) and must be willing to take the 40-hours' direct training course which qualifies them for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification exam with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Adult and Pediatric CPR/BLS is required to be with clients one-on-one.

Note: Training will be provided for candidates who meet the qualifications but may not have direct experience in ABA therapy
