Behavior Therapist (Entry-Level)

Pay:

• Starting pay is $16/hour without your RBT credential
• Starting at $17+ with your RBT credential
• Paid equally for clinical and administrative time.

We are Project Hope Foundation:

A nonprofit with an over 25-year history of award-winning autism services and the largest provider of ABA therapy in South Carolina. We cover the fees and provide the training and support needed for all our therapists to become credentialed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) through the BACB.

Some Job Responsibilities are:

• Working 1:1 with clients to create a fun, engaging environment through meaningful learning opportunities and experiences in a therapy setting.
• Collaborating with fellow therapists and supervisors.
• Pursuing ongoing education and professional development.
• Embracing our culture of compassion and constructive communication.

What's Required of You:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Commitment to becoming certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Clear background check and 2 Step TB Test.
