Join our talented clinical team as a Master's level ABA Therapist pursuing your BCBA. We seek dedicated therapists eager to advance their expertise through attaining BCBA certification.
In this role, you will provide compassionate 1:1 ABA treatment guided by ongoing assessment and data-based decision making. With oversight of the BCBA, you will develop comprehensive behavior plans, run trials based on proven techniques, regularly analyze progress, and update programs accordingly.

- Opportunities to lead parent trainings and staff workshops to build your training skills.
- Close collaboration with experienced BCBA mentors who will guide you through the certification process.
- Regular supervision sessions focused on advancing your clinical, data, and leadership abilities.
- Paid supervision hours weekly with experienced BCBA mentors who will support your certification journey
- Opportunities to help prepare and run ABA assessments, Functional Behavior Assessments and training will be provided on relevant assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK)
- Opportunities to help guide parent training sessions using other behavior analytic modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy skills training (DBT) and motivational interviewing.

You're an ideal fit for our team if you have:
- A Master's degree in psychology, special education, ABA, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering ABA therapy and collecting data
- Current RBT certification demonstrating your ABA knowledge base (preferred, but not a must)
- Active pursuit of BCBA certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, families, and staff
- Excellent clinical skills such as assessment, program development, and research-based interventions
- Proficiency in data collection, measurement techniques, and progress monitoring
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of children through compassionate, quality ABA therapy
