Form of workThe Clinical Systems Coordinator is responsible for configuration, testing, and development of the Hospital Information Systems (HIS) clinical modules. The Clinical Systems Coordinator works with a wide variety of groups within the hospital environment including clinicians, Medical Staff, CNO, ACNO, Education Department, other Clinical Systems Coordinators and clinical department directors to enhance clinical efficiency, the quality of patient care, and the reporting of such through the designated EMR programs. This position reports to the Director of Information Technology. Provides education to employees on system use as requested. Supports products such as Meditech, including maintenance of CDS Screens and Care Plans as delegated, other EMR programs as requested, including but not limited to, Intellidose, QuickChart, ProVation, and CPOE.
