Job Description
- Create and maintain CIs within ServiceNow, ensuring that they are accurately documented and properly linked to related items in the ServiceNow CMDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document CIs and their relationships to other components within the IT infrastructure.
- Develop and implement ServiceNow CI management policies and procedures to ensure that all CIs are maintained properly and consistently.
- Monitor and report on CI-related metrics, such as CI utilization, CI status, and CI changes.
- Work with IT teams to ensure that all changes to CIs are properly documented and approved through established change management processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow CI management best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve ServiceNow CI management processes and procedures.
- 4-5+ years of experience in ServiceNow CI management, configuration management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow and the ServiceNow CMDB.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively.
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
