Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing properties. Your role will involve conducting property tours, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth leasing process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and provide detailed information about the property features and amenities
- Process rental applications, including verifying applicant information and conducting background checks
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure compliance with leasing policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities using property management software (e.g., Appfolio)
- Stay up-to-date on local rental market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computer software for email communications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations

You must have a valid drivers license

Compensation based on experience

Hours for this position are:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm

Sunday 12 pm to 4 pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
