Apartment Leasing Agent

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
- Provide accurate information about rental rates, lease terms, and property amenities
- Process rental applications and conduct background checks on prospective tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Collect and process rental payments from tenants
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain organized records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and rental payments
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure efficient leasing operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in property leasing or customer service preferred
- Previous experience with Entrata is a plus
- Previous experience in student housing is a plus
- Must be willing to work Saturdays during the day (10am-3pm)
- Knowledge of leasing contracts, fair housing laws, and property management principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong conflict management and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Familiarity with OneSite or other property management software is a plus
