Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the apartment community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing vacancies, conducting tours, and screening potential tenants
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
- Utilize property management software (such as Yardi or OneSite) to track leasing activity, maintenance requests, and financial transactions
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with residents
- Handle resident inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and meets safety standards
- Implement strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones, including upselling additional services or amenities
- Perform administrative tasks related to property management, such as maintaining records and preparing reports

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of property leasing processes and best practices
- Experience in property maintenance and familiarity with basic repair procedures
- Proficiency in property management software (such as Yardi or OneSite)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate administrative procedures
- Sales skills to effectively market available units and upsell additional services or amenities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay: $1,300.00 - $1,500.00 per month
