HIRING: Apartment Leasing ConsultantBe a part of our team at Pecan Grove and Rosewood Apartments in Alexandria Louisiana! This hire will float at these two close proximity properties 4 days a week, full-time (see the AWESOME schedule below!).
As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. For you it’s not just a job, it’s a career and you understand that for our residents it’s not just an apartment, it’s their home. You love interacting with all types of people and have a passion for creating unique experiences.
PAY: Up to $15 an hour plus commission of $75 per move-in and renewal commissions
Paid Holidays, 80hrs PTO, 20% off rent, $40 a month medical (single), full benefit package
SCHEDULE: Work 4 days a week 7-6pm-GET 3 DAYS OFF A WEEK! Dream schedule!

Essential Responsibilities:*
- Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
- Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
- Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Previous experience in multifamily industry and YARDI
