POSITION:
Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates with HVAC experience for an Apartment Maintenance position to join our team in support of our Baton Rouge communities!
PAY:
$19-22 an hour plus:
On-call bonus $100/week and minimum 1.5hrs paid time for emergency maintenance
Up to $750 bonus every 3 months
Up to 5% raises annually
SCHEDULE:
M-F daytime hours 8-5PM
Some shared on-call
Full time 40 hours a week

What We Need:
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority (hvac, plumbing, electrical, painting)
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Snow removal (when applicable)
- Pool maintenance (where applicable)
What You Need:
- 1+ years’ experience in maintenance
- HVAC experience and EPA certified
- CPO Certification strongly preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers
- Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
