This technician will help our 6 on-site maintenance teams in the Baton Rouge Louisiana area with make-readies, exterior building cleaning and basic repairs. Schedule: M-F 8-5 paid holidays and no weekends!
Required: Must have drivers license, reliable transportation and be ok with travel around Baton Rouge to our 6 properties.

What We Need:
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Snow removal (when applicable)
- Pool maintenance (where applicable)
What You Need:
- 1+ years’ experience in maintenance
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
- Working knowledge to use outdoor cleaning equipment such as a power washer
