Today we are looking for a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Arcadia Grove Apartments located at 1324 Lafayette Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49006. This property is beautiful please see for yourself below!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 6 weeks to give you a great work life balance!
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

- Up to $19.00 hour

What we are looking for:
- Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Maintaining property grounds
- Preventative maintenance
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
Qualifications:
- 1 + years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent (we can train you!)
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Knowledge of plumbing, sweating copper pipe
- Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Able to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
