SalaryMaintenance Tech needed full-time for an apartment community located in Trenton/Woodhaven, MI. The candidate must have knowledge in all aspects of Apartment Maintenance including HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing, general pool maintenance, and snow removal. This position will also share on-call emergencies and work between two apartment communities. Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a career change? We will train you!
Hourly rate based on experience and HVAC certifications.
