Custodian - Office Cleaning
Position: Day Time Office cleaning
Status: Part Time
Hours: M-F First Shift, 20 hours per week.
Location: Appleton, WI
Pay Rate: $15.00+ based on experience

We are looking to fill part-time 1st shift cleaning position for apartment moveouts and routine cleaning of common areas. A background check is required for this position. This is a multi-site position within the Neenah/Menasha area. Employee needs to have their own reliable transportation. We reimburse for mileage.
Responsibilities:
Collection and disposal of garbage and recycling
Vacuuming of carpets
Sweep and mop hard floors
Clean bathrooms
Dusting and cleaning of work surfaces
Window washing
Maintaining security of the property
Clean kitchens, including appliances and cabinets.
Clean light fixtures and ceiling fans
Clean laundry areas including appliances
Clean patio areas and balconies.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Must have own transportation
Must be able to pass a federal background check.
Skills Required:
Attention to detail
Ability to learn or develop efficient work processes
Self-motivated, work with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Reports to:
Janitorial Accounts Manager
