Position Overview:
Reporting to the Executive Director, Marketing & Communications, the Analyst, Marketing & Sales will support the Marketing & Sales team’s initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an entrepreneurial passion for renewable energy development and a desire to work with clients to transform the way they procure energy.
Responsibilities:
- Help formulate and carry out integrated marketing sales campaigns, supporting Aspen Power origination priorities
- Research and enrich prospecting targets across Aspen Power’s market segments
- Prepare email sequences and call scripts; conduct sales calls and social media prospecting
- Manage automated CRM sequences and data quality; collect and post customer testimonials
- Handle lead qualification and initial meetings as required
- Support direct mail and local advertising campaigns
- Maintain industry conferences tracker, prepare marketing materials, post on social media, apply for speaking opportunities and set meetings with prospects for origination
- Maintain social media calendar and draft posts for approval
- Created and update website landing pages as needed for marketing campaigns
- Support Marketing department activities, including coordinating site photography, internal events and intranet maintenance, merchandise and logistics
- Support on ESG data collection and reporting
Qualifications:
Must be passionate about the renewable energy business, hardworking and thrive in the fast pace of a rapidly growing company. In addition, the candidate must possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience including internship and part-time roles
- Proven ability to quickly and accurately solve problems and develop value-added solutions
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly reliable and dependable
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Familiarity with online Marketing and design tools like HubSpot, Canva and WordPress

Location: New York, NY
At Aspen Power, our work model includes three ways of working: remote, in-person, and hybrid (a hybrid of in-person and remote).
Compensation Range:
The salary range for this position is: $70,000 - $80,000plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and initial and subsequent annual equity awards, all at the sole discretion of the Company and in accordance with Company policy. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and applicable employment laws.
Note that title and salary will be commensurate with candidate experience.
