Job description
As an Analyst within the GDC, you will contribute as part of a team involved in several activities to support our international benefits offerings.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have excellent data entry and manipulation skills. Also, exposure or background in the benefits brokerage / insurance administration work is required. The position would also require project management skills and some people management skills.

Key Activities
Data management and reporting activities
Data entry activities
* Administrative onboarding of new clients
* Perform data validation and processing work using agreed upon tools, standards and techniques
* Support the production of benefits plan design and reporting publications
* Process, project and transaction management
* Support policy renewal activities
* Collect, validate and clean benefits enrolment and eligibility data
* Assist with enrolment processes and ensure beneficiary data is updated
* Monthly reconciliation of commissions and perform commission estimates
* Setting up client premium invoices
* Support claims management
* Support benefit audit processes
* Support interactions between clients, WTW and insurance vendors
* Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a program with heavy emphasis on mathematics or business
* 2-5 years' work experience either in an insurance company or an outsourcing company doing life and/or health insurance operations processes (e.g. policy administration, renewals, claims, enrolment)
* Previous benefits or insurance experience a plus
* Experience with data entry, validation and manipulation (advanced Excel skills are essential)
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Ability to review and check data against subject domain knowledge (e.g., health and group benefits) and understand the data's applicability/accuracy for the designated purpose
* Ability to ask the right questions and seek help where appropriate
* Sense of accountability; owning one's work and taking pride in it
