What you'll do:
- Provide day to day support of customers by responding to enquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop / recommend solutions to address operational challenges
- Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate key findings to stakeholders at all levels across the organization
- Stay current with industry trends where applicable to contribute continuous improvement initiatives with in APM team.
What you'll bring:
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
- Proven to work independently and collaboratively in fast paced, team-orientated environment.
- Experience with ServiceNow APM/ ITAM / ITOM / Service Management capabilities is a plus
- Prior experience working in large organization, with exposure to various technology platforms spanning from enterprise & cloud technologies, cyber security & risk disciplines
