HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Ensure monthly bills are paid by populating Excel spreadsheets, creating invoices, and partnering with the Trustees and the Accounts Payable team.
  • Help set up new vendors and manage existing vendors in Coupa, Hilton's invoicing tool.
  • Validate vendor invoices, allocate charges among multiple payment sources, and send requests for payment to plan trustees or Hilton Accounts Payable.
  • Update vendors on payment status as requested and resolve issues concerning payment discrepancies.
  • Engage in data entry, verifying employment letters, and formatting dashboards.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Recognize Executive Deferred Compensation Plan (EDCP) issues as they arise and collaborate with internal/external partners to find a solution.
  • Process international enrollments, transfers, and terminations by working with local HR Directors.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Make updates to internal SharePoint site to keep Hilton Team Members up to date on Hilton's world-class benefits.
  • Improve existing Care for All Hub (a website built through WordPress) - a globally available public website that hosts wellbeing collateral for our Team Members.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • One (1) or more years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Coupa, or similar invoicing systems

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of Executive Deferred Compensation Plans (EDCP), health benefits, and/or global mobility
  • Ability to build/edit VBA Macros
