PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Researches, analyzes, and remits monthly benefit billing for entire company. Evaluates billing process. Works in conjunction with the corporate accounting department to establish common goals, expectations and clear communication as it relates to billing practices.
Provides analytical and technical support regarding benefits. Supports team with data driven projects and analysis. Provides excellent customer service to the Human Resource team in the field.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree and two to three years of benefit analyst related experience required.
- Excellent communication and organization skills are required.
- HRIS systems experience.
- Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations affecting employee benefit programs, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, Section 125, ACA, Social Security and DOL requirements.
- Knowledge of office administration procedures with the ability to operate most standard office equipment.
- Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data and information while maintaining confidentiality.
- Exercises sound judgment in responding to HR inquiries; understands when to route inquiries to next level.
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames. Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
- Capable of working within established policies, procedures and practices prescribed by the organization.
- English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
- PREFERRED: PHR or CEBS professional designation
