Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, and other employee benefits
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize benefits offerings
- Evaluate market trends and benchmarking data to ensure competitive and cost-effective benefits packages
Guide clients through the benefits enrollment process and provide support to employees with any questions or concerns
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits to ensure compliance
- Monitor and analyze benefits costs to identify cost-saving opportunities for clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a holistic approach to client solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current laws and regulations related to employee benefits
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously

- **Must currently live in the Nashville area or have concrete plans to move within the next two months.
