Position Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with Amazon account managers, coordinating requirements, and acquiring resources to improve performance.
2.Collaborate with internal teams at Amazon to ensure comprehensive support for company accounts and coordinate resolution of potential issues.
3.Track industry and market trends to provide information on competitors and market opportunities to the operations team.
4.Analyze sales data, advertising effectiveness, etc., to provide insights into product performance and market trends to the operations team.
5.Coordinate and address major issues encountered by the operations team, including concerns related to brand management, advertising, and customer experience.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business management, economics, or related fields, fluent in English.
2.Familiarity with Amazon platform operations and management mechanisms, or experience in interfacing with Amazon accounts.
3.Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive situations to develop corresponding sales strategies and plans.
4.Innovative thinking, capable of proposing new sales strategies and marketing plans to improve sales performance.
