Customer Implementation Director (SaaS)

As we continue to expand our client base, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Implementation Director to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Implementation Director to lead and manage the successful deployment of our SaaS products for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring seamless integration, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:

• Lead a team of implementation specialists to deliver successful SaaS product deployments.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

2. Client Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
• Understand client requirements and business processes to tailor the implementation strategy accordingly.
• Foster strong client relationships, addressing concerns, and providing proactive communication throughout the implementation process.

3. Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing implementation team.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to ensure team success.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

4. Quality Assurance:

• Establish and enforce implementation best practices to ensure the highest quality deliverables.
• Conduct regular audits of ongoing implementations to identify and address any issues promptly.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in SaaS implementation.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience (3 years) in leading SaaS implementations
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
• Leadership experience, including team management and development.
• In-depth understanding of SaaS technologies and deployment methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
