```Duties```
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. Your duties will include:
- Managing and supervising all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize revenue
- Creating and maintaining a positive work environment for employees
- Ensuring compliance with all hotel policies and procedures
- Monitoring guest feedback and addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborating with the sales team to drive business and increase occupancy rates
- Conducting regular meetings with department heads to review performance and discuss improvements
- Managing the hotel's budget and controlling expenses

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
