Job Description
Principal accountabilities & responsibilities:
Serve as liaison to supported business leaders (Asset Liability Management and Quantitative Finance) to clearly articulate business needs, process flows and strategies- Lead annual ALCO Policy review and approval process across Treasury departments, including issue reporting
- Serve as product manager for Quantitative Finance team and ALM applications and scrum/technology team, coordinating and prioritizing business requirements across Treasury subject matter areas
- Problem solve issues that arise in the normal course of business
- Provide ad hoc project management support by assisting with or preparing project implementation steps and documentation as appropriate; ensure a smooth implementation of project; resolve problems
- Develop process flows and business procedures
- Aid in the annual planning and budgeting process
- Help to continually improve operational efficiency across teams
- Support Business Change risk processes, procurement, and third party risk management for applicable third party vendor relationships
- Serve as point of contact with multiple internal groups as well as external counterparties and vendors
Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
- Experience resulting in a working knowledge of financial markets and moderately complex financial instruments
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple activities with competing deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Ability to evaluate projects and issues independently and provide recommendations for efficient implementation
- Ability to deal effectively with other bank personnel, vendors and other financial institutions
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
