As an Airbnb Cleaner, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our clients' properties, contributing to unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning tasks according to provided checklists, including but not limited to:

• 1) Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors
• 2) Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, windows, and fixtures
• 3) Dusting and polishing furniture
• 4) Cleaning bathrooms, including scrubbing toilets, sinks, and showers
• 5) Changing bed linens and making beds
• 6) Restocking amenities such as toiletries and towels

• Inspect properties for any damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly
• Complete turnovers efficiently within designated time frames
• Assist with management tasks as needed such as changing light bulbs, replacing batteries, changing filters, etc
• Manage inventory and make sure storage remains organized and supply levels remain full. Communicate with team for supply order requests
• Ensure all areas of the property are cleaned to the highest standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cleaner, specifically in Turnover and Airbnb cleaning.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
• Reliable transportation to travel between properties
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Typical cleanings start at 10am and have to be completed prior to 4pm.
• Positive attitude with an ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• 100% attendance records. Zero tolerance policy for missed cleanings.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
