Role Purpose:
This role partners with Business Process Experts and stakeholders to identify, research and implement solutions to solve critical business problems. The Business Process Analyst will introduce creative processes, enhancements and data insights to align with stakeholder goals. This role is highly cross-functional and requires the ability to balance priorities, navigate ambiguity, influence positivity of change, and facilitate groups to bring teams to alignment.
Accountabilities & Impact:
Project Support (60%)
- Partner with Business Process Experts in delivering projects that improve job satisfaction and reduce non-value-added activities across Supply Chain.
- Proactively identify and research stakeholder opportunities, issues, and requests, while fostering and maintaining constructive working relationships; and keep stakeholders informed of project progress and status.
- Define clear functional objectives and success criteria, emphasizing innovative solutions to key business challenges.
- Identify risks and offer resolutions through influencing, persuasion, and coaching of business partners and stakeholders
- Partner with IT & OT teams for solution development and delivery
Process Knowledge & Enhancements (40%)
- Apply continuous improvement concepts/tools (e.g., lean, value stream mapping) for process enhancement
- Update & manage evolving process flows, work instructions, and playbooks
- Introduce creative processes, enhancements, or data insights to align with stakeholder goals
Skills & Experiences Needed:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Mgmt., Engineering, or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
- 2+ years supply chain and/or manufacturing experience (MES/ERP exp. preferred)
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma or demonstrated equivalent aptitude and passion for Continuous Improvement
- Ability to communicate effectively up and down through the organization, teach and present complex and/or new ideas with clarity and simplicity
- Ability to influence with or without authority, facilitate groups with diverse perspectives, bring teams to consensus/alignment
- Thrives in ambiguity and succeeds in a changing environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Power BI
