Earn more money by working with us, we send you all the work you can handle.

Must Have: 2+ years paid house cleaning experience 3 professional and 3 personal references Speak English (conversational okay) Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies

You tell us your availability, what city you want to work in and what types of cleanings you will accept. We send you cleaning job offers regularly based on what you ask for. Full time or part time okay.

We take care of advertising, phone estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing for the clients. You take care of only the cleaning and get 60-65% of each job, which equals $27-29 per cleaning hour. You're able to keep your already established clientele. We're just here to help you gain more business.

Start Date: ASAP, interview and background screening takes a few days.

We are not the employer of its registered cleaner; you would be accepting jobs as an independent house cleaner.

This Job Is:

Duties:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas of the house
- Make beds and change linens
- Launder and iron clothes
- Empty trash and dispose of waste materials properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and floor care procedures
- Ability to cook basic meals for clients if needed
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently

Skills:
- Cook: Ability to prepare basic meals for clients if required.
- Sanitate: Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Customer service: Excellent interpersonal skills to provide friendly and professional service to clients.
- Carpet cleaning: Experience in cleaning carpets using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Launder: Knowledge of laundry procedures including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing.
- Housekeeping management: Understanding of housekeeping principles and ability to manage cleaning tasks effectively.
- Floor care: Familiarity with different types of flooring materials and proper care techniques.
- Custodial: Ability to perform custodial duties such as maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
- Clean: Proficiency in various cleaning methods and techniques for different surfaces.
- Residential cleaning: Experience in providing thorough cleaning services in residential settings.
