Airbnb Housekeeping Cleaner

Lavender Sanctum is an Airbnb management company in Concord, CA.

We are looking for 2 amazing people to join our small family run company and help us grow our company from the ground floor. We are looking for people who would like the opportunity to grow with us.

Our cleaners responsibility is to be our on-sight eyes and ears and help deliver a beautiful guest ready home.

We need the cleaner to be available from 11AM-4PM at least 2-3 days of the week or weekend. Each home cleaning will earn anywhere from$100-$150/cleaning.

Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing

- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards

- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies

- Notify us of any damages, deficits, and disturbances (we'll provide a list)

- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience

- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate (you'll get a corporate membership Costco card)

- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

Qualifications:

- Must be able to communicate with English speakers.

- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar role

- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

- Customer-oriented and friendly

- Prioritization and time management skills

- Working quickly without compromising quality

- Knowledge of English language

Skills:

- Floor care: Knowledge of proper floor cleaning techniques, including vacuuming, mopping, and waxing.

- Familiarity with housekeeping procedures and standards.

- Housekeeping management: Experience in managing a team of housekeepers and overseeing daily operations.

- Residential cleaning: Proficiency in cleaning homes, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.

- Custodial: Understanding of custodial duties such as trash removal, restroom cleaning, and floor maintenance.

- Sanitate: Knowledge of sanitization practices to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.

- Carpet cleaning: Ability to clean carpets using appropriate equipment and techniques.

- Clean: Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness throughout the assigned area.

- Laundry: Change sheets and beddings and launder all used linens, towels and duvet covers

- Must have a vehicle to travel to each homes. currently all located in Concord.

- Training will be in Oakland.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
