Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department
- Manage a team of service advisors and technicians
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase service department profitability
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Ag service management or a related field a must
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Ag sales processes and techniques
- Familiarity with small engines, lawn tractor, tractors, tire service, and other mechanical components
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and other team members
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for record keeping and analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license
