Essential Job Functions
Responsible to analyze, plan, and review spare parts inventory and safety stock levels
Analyze spare parts sales trends and make recommendations on promotional activities
Provide trend analysis of past parts orders as they relate to future order fulfilment
Coordinate parts sales orders with purchasing
Provide periodic spare parts pricing and margin analysis
Monitor competitive spare parts pricing
Monitor spare parts backlog and work with other departments to mitigate
Communicate, in a timely manner, any issues which may impact or delay the established delivery date of a order
Maintain records of known problems and interacts with Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Service, Dealers, Receiving to identify root cause problems
Required to interface with personnel ranging from buyers and planners to senior management
Maintain a positive and professional approach and addresses multiple objectives in a fast paced environment
Provide ad-hoc analysis at management request
Requirements Physical Demands:
Perform stationary work 85% of the time using a computer and applicable office equipment
Move about inside the office and production areas of the building 15% of the time to access files, office equipment and communicate with colleagues
Education/Skills/Experience:
Possess a high degree of interpersonal and communication skills; written, verbal and presentation
Proficient with or capable of efficiently using CRM (Salesforce), BI tool (Qlik Sense/Qlik View) and other data sources to anlayze market segment and customer data for sales growth opportunities
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred, or related field, or relevant experience required
Proven track record in similar role – e.g. inventory analyst.
Demonstrate a sense of appropriate urgency for customer needs
Ability to handle high work load and manage multiple project
