Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aesthetic Sales Representative with a strong background in aesthetic injectables (neurotoxins, derma fillers) and creating new market demand in non-traditional specialties (dental, ENT, women's health,etc.) across the United States. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in medical sales and a proven track record of success in introducing new products to physician practices. The candidate will be responsible for increasing product awareness, answering queries, providing advice, and introducing new products to healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- introduce cosmetic and aesthetic injectable products, from leading manufacturers to new and established customers of Pipeline Medical in both traditional and non-traditional medical specialties
- Convert established practices to the portfolio available through Pipeline Medical.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts product usage
- Provide clinical information, objective handling and additional specialized information to current and prospective clients
- Collaborate with stakeholders of Pipeline’s aesthetic partners to further penetrate market share and growth.
- Work within the sales organization to increase medical supply and pharmaceutical products of Pipeline to your book of business
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within these sectors to increase sales of Pipeline Medical products
- Provide product information, answer queries, and offer advice to healthcare professionals, ensuring a thorough understanding of the features and benefits of our products
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Accurately maintain customer and sales information in the company's CRM system
Qualifications:
- Experience selling an aesthetic injectable product in the United States is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical supplies sales, with a focus on pharmaceutical drugs and medical equipment sales
- Proven track record of exposing new specialties to the cosmetic industry within the United States
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
