Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responding to Inquiries: Answering customer inquiries, questions, and concerns via multiple Social Media channels such as Instagram and Facebook
- Providing Information: Offering detailed information about products, services, and pricing to prospective customers
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving customer issues, complaints, and problems effectively and efficiently
- Multitasking: Managing multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of service quality
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues and other departments, such as sales or marketing, to address customer issues
- Inputting Leads: Create leads and help generate sales by inputting information from inquiring prospective customers into Salesforce
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to problem solve in a timely manner in collaboration with the appropriate team members
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Familiarity with Social Media platforms and Salesforce
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Educations and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Entry level Salesforce experience
- Prior Customer Service experience through written communication channels
