We are looking for a fun, motivated, and passionate Aerial, Anti-Gravity, or Aerial Acrobatics instructor to join our fast-growing team that can cue a group (up to 8) on the basics of inversions, intermediate aerial acrobatic, and anti-gravity arts. There are opportunities for Aerial workshops as well.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a newly certified Aerial Yoga instructor and any instructor looking to join a smaller boutique studio on the rise. The aerial instructor must know or be willing to learn how to hang, tie-down, and adjust aerial hammocks.

The overall responsibilities will be to provide outstanding service and instruction to our members and guests, teach compassionately, and make connections through one-hour-long yoga classes. This position pays a flat per class rate based on experience and offers bonuses for signing clients to new memberships.

Roles include:
- Leading small group aerial classes in a challenging but accessible format
- Modify classes and routines according to client levels or abilities
- Provide opportunities that will excite and encourage clients toward growth
- Maintain proper attendance records
- Arrival :15 mins prior to class start time
- Meet, greet, and acclimate new clients to the studio
- Able to accept and grow from feedback
- Light opening and closing cleaning studio duties
- Hang, tie-down and adjust aerial hammocks as needed

Job Type: Part-time - Independent Contractor, Part-time

Salary: $40.00 to $55.00 per hour depending on experience;

Schedule: Must have some availability for one and half hours on various weekday evenings Monday through Friday between 5PM or 8PM or on Mornings Saturday and Sunday before 2PM

Qualifications and Skills:

- Yoga Certification or
- Mat Pilates, or Fitness Certification and or experience in the related field
- Ashtanga or Hatha a plus
- Inversions or Aerial certifications a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 2 per week
