Job Description
Woodlands Academy is seeking a highly organized Admissions Office Coordinator to join a dynamic admissions team dedicated to promoting the value of an all-girls, Catholic, Sacred Heart education.
This person will report to the Director of Admission. This vital individual will need to juggle a mix of administrative/office support, marketing and communications, event planning, and prospective family relationship management to assist in keeping the Admissions Office running smoothly, as well as ensuring the prospective family experience is seamless.

Sacred Heart education at Woodlands Academy is distinctive and emphasizes best practices for the education of girls and innovative methods for academic excellence. - A flexible navigator able to quickly change directions and adapting to the competing demands of the admissions department
- A dependable organizer who is punctual and is conscious of ensuring that the admissions team never misses a beat, even in their absence
- A deft problem-solver able to resolve challenging interactions quickly and efficiently
- An interactive participant who speaks clearly and persuasively in all situations, listens and asks clarification when needed, and responds well to questions
- A self-motivated prioritizer who organizes work activities for all team members, completes their tasks according to importance, and sets realistic goals, objectives, and action plans for projects
- An involved team player who recognizes the need for all department members to work together to achieve strategic goals
- A knowledgeable communicator who writes clearly and informatively in the appropriate style to meet the needs of the target audience, and edits work for spelling and grammar
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3-5 years of experience in a school or youth program setting
- Technologically savvy with extensive Microsoft Office Suite expertise
- Working knowledge of educational IMS; Blackbaud and FinalSite, preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with adolescents and adults
- A mission driven individual committed to supporting, implementing, and modeling the Goals and Criteria for Sacred Heart Schools
- Successful completion of criminal and sexual offender registry background checks
