Admissions Coordinator

Valeo Resources has partnered with a national behavioral health organization that is always rapidly expanding! We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Admissions Coordinator to join the team in West Palm Beach, FL! In this role, you will be working with salesforce, Kipu, insurance companies and people seeking recovery options for themselves/loved ones.

Position: Admissions Coordinator

Location: West Palm Beach, FL OR Fort Lauderdale FL

Schedule: 4 10 hour shifts per week: Friday, Sat, Sunday and Tuesday 12-10pm

PURPOSE:
This role is responsible for fielding inbound calls, leads, files and completing accurate assessments while assuring they are completed in a timely fashion

Duties:

• Employee understands and displays the ability to utilize all required systems including Salesforce, KIPU, and Call Tracking Metrics
• Employee works cooperatively with other community resources and referral sources to coordinate services to clients
• Utilize available resources and follow protocol to answer questions
• Gather client information, treatment history, and insurance information
• Complete thorough Clinical Assessments with all viable cases for further consideration by supervisory staff on duty
• Follow HIPAA regulations always, regarding client information

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Experience in the Substance abuse and Mental health treatment field is a must
• Extensive knowledge of Insurance benefits is a must
