We are currently seeking an experienced Admissions Call Center Representative with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from individuals seeking information about our treatment programs and services.
- Conduct initial assessments to determine eligibility for admission based on established criteria.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our programs, services, and admissions process.
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential patients through empathetic communication.
- Discuss health insurance benefits and financial requirements to come into our program.
- Providing reassurance and intervention to an individual/family in crisis.
- Utilize exceptional sales and interpersonal skills to guide potential patients through the admissions process and encourage them to choose our facility.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for admitted patients.
- Coordinate admissions from existing referral sources.
- Coordinate travel for qualified patients.
- Maintain electronic records and documentation of all calls and interactions in Salesforce CRM.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role in a behavioral health or Substance Use Disorder treatment setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathetic and compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Exceptional closing skills and the ability to overcome objections.
- Live time problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

- Proficient in using computer systems, electronic medical records, and standard office software.
- Knowledge of Substance Use Disorder treatment and recovery processes is required.
