Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Admissions Coordinator supports our President and Senior Pastor's vision for Kenneth Copeland Bible College (KCBC). This position is responsible for admissions and enrollment of new students each semester, which includes serving prospective students in processing application materials, reporting admissions data, relocation, online experience, and other areas that promote student growth at KCBC. This position also requires non-financial Registrar functions that support student matriculation, from registration through graduation, in both our student management and learning management systems and motivating a team towards admissions and enrollment goals. This position reports to the Assistant Dean of Admissions and Student Services
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for admissions goals and process through matriculation each semester including, relocation, and online experience, etc.
- Analyzes the needs for each individual and follows through accordingly answering questions, providing appropriate forms, or providing a referral to the appropriate person or department.
- Regularly reaches out to applicants to walk them through the process of enrollment and deposit
- Creates and establishes new student records and maintains progress and incoming information through continual evaluation.
- Keeps overall admissions data and reports regularly to KCBC leadership.
- Periodically evaluating admissions process for improvement.
- Establishes admissions processes for any new programs.
- Assists the Assistant Dean of Admissions in promoting a positive "student experience" for future student recruitment, including Campus Days and similar events.
- Provides representatives at events, conferences, and conventions throughout the year for student recruiting and to promote KCBC as needed.
Education:
· High school graduate required, and College preferred.
· Bible School graduate or experience preferred.
· Minimum of three years of church, education, or business leadership experience required.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
· Must be able to sit at a computer for a minimum of seven hours daily.
· Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, calculators, telephones, and other office equipment.

· Ability to give, receive, and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials, and articulate goals and action plans.
· Must be very organized and require a modicum of instruction.

· Born again believer and must adhere to the doctrines of this organization as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives.
· Must work well with others, as a team, and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension and division.
· Must maintain a good attendance record.
· Must be a member of EMIC, regularly attend church services, and support the leadership of EMIC.
· Must be a dedicated tither.
· Must possess a servant's heart and operate as an Armor Bearer.
· Sensitive to the needs of others, which includes a love and commitment to the members and congregation of EMIC and Kenneth Copeland Ministries staff.
· Interpersonal skills necessary to interact with diverse groups of people, considerable skill, and diplomacy in communication. Ability to build effective working relationships inside and outside departments or groups.
