JOB DESCRIPTION
The main purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact in the family experience journey and your goal is to drive informed parents to tour the campus and academic staff at their school of interest.
- This position should ensure that our first human touchpoint with all prospective families adhere to our tone of voice (TOV) and conveys Nord Anglia’s values and philosophy

RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to Inquiries
Manage initial inquiries from prospective families via phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp, providing them with information about our schools, admission requirements, programs, and campus facilities. You will also obtain all necessary information that will assist schools when pursuing next steps.
Database Management
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective families in our admissions database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the school and regional Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) teams to ensure seamless coordination of events, interviews, and other activities related to the admissions process.
Feedback Collection
Gather feedback from prospective families to identify areas for improvement in the admissions process and the overall experience.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer service-oriented with a welcoming and friendly demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational skills and diligence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Previous experience in admissions, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
